Mae layers her voice with the pure tones of the quartz crystal singing bowls to bathe the room in sound, creating a safe, cleansing and relaxing environment for you to come home to yourself. As we know, we are more than just our physical bodies and sometimes our energetic selves need a "reset." This 60-minute experience is a change to align your energetic body to the pure, high vibrations of the crystal bowls and let the rest dissipate. One may experience: physical relaxation, imagery, transcendence of time and space, positive mood, and insightfulness. Experience deep relaxation, stress reduction, enhanced mindfulness, improved respiratory health, and a renewed sense of inner balance. Embrace this powerful synergy for your holistic well-being journey. As Plato once said, "rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul." No experience is required. One may wish to bring an eye mask and yoga mat.

Cancellation Policy
At the Austin Salt Room, we strive to provide the best experience for all of our guests. Due to limited space in each session, we ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: 1️⃣ 12-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. 2️⃣ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your session and missed appointments will result in a $25 fee. 3️⃣ Second No-Show: After a second missed session, full prepayment will be required to book future appointments. We understand that life happens, and we’re always happy to work with you. If you have an emergency or unique circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
